the beginning is very important jump out with your feet- one. you have to stop and stay still. next, there are steps. left foot, right foot, left- and body roll. use your hands for the body roll. then step back on your left foot. you need to jump as soon as you land on your left foot. jump- and left, right.
slide back as you jump. switch feet, and stop. stop-stop center holla-holla-holla now, this part is important. after you come to the center, you will hear 'holla-holla-holla' your will bounce to this 'holla-holla-holla,' with the arms. bounce, and holla- you see i'm bending my legs a little.
bend-bend center. then, grab your jacket and go down. up, up. jump- left foot, right foot-and jump. then go down. now spin- turn, turn- jump.
land. this is probably the hardest part. let me walk you through slowly. you have to get this right. you start down here. drag your left foot in so pull your left foot in- there are total of three steps. i'll show you as i count them. right foot, left foot, then jump as you put your right foot down
jump- and drop. as for your arms, and- drop. so it's this side, this side, this side and- boom. drop them down. let's put these together come up, step with your right foot, spin- and jump -and drop. this looks awkward slowed down, so i'll speed it up now. i'm actually good at this.
okay, here we go- if you can get this down, then i'll move on. come down immediately reach out- and pull, as if you grabbed something. then as you brush your head back with your left hand, your right foot goes out. get up, using your right foot.
and- hit. back, back- ha, ha. jump- left, right -and turn. doing okay so far? so from here, don't jump out like this- step down with your left first. left, right
and freestyle to 'come on, come on, come on' and hit- then slide- circle. then we have steps. what's important here is- to keep your moves simple and powerful up to here. but once you begin the footwork, let your body be pulled in the direction of your feet. let your feet move first, and your body follow.
you are free to use your arms however you want. moving on- down, catch- heel, toe, heel release your arm like this. release- then snap your wrists. snap, snap- catch. if you have a jacket, you can throw it back like this or just come up like this.
next, then hit your last pose at one, and two whatever you like. i'll go over the last couple of steps again. i'll go over it from beginning to end while counting, but slowly. i won't explain each move in detail, just count. same beat as the original music, just slowed down. try to do it with me here we go.
