what to wear to a sock hop dance, footy. it doesn't have as much cushioning,but it helps you articulate your toes and your feel the floor. they also come in tan.for me, when we are doing jumps i pad the inside of my shoes with extra athletic cushions.especially if the studio that you are practicing in doesn't have a suspended raised floor.if you are dancing on hard tile you definitely
want to wear foot protection. a lot of childrenwould want to dance just wearing there socks. if they do that, for safety reasons becauseit is very slippery, they are suppose to roll it over the heel. like leave the heel so theycould stop. so that is why we fold our socks
